My name is Carissa Waggoner. I have been journaling for over 20 years. In my experience I have found journaling to offer many benefits to daily living.

The workshops are designed to guide you through the journaling process. The sessions focus on your reason (your why), subject matter, different formats and structure, practical steps to take to begin a journal, writers block, commitment, and obstacles.
